Orientation Course for Catering Personnel
Eligibility
The candidates should have passed 10th or 12th Standard exam from a recognized board with minimum of 40% marks in aggregate. The candidate should have secured a minimum of 40% marks in English language at 10th or 12th standard examination from a recognized board/University. A Degree or Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality & Hotel Administration, or Hotel Management & Catering Technology, or Catering or Culinary Arts or Hospitality and Tourism, of minimum six months duration from an Institution duly recognized by the State Boards / UGC approved University or approved by the National Council For Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMC) or AICTE
Age Limit
18 to 25 years as on the date of commencement of the course Age Relaxation : OBC - 28 Years, SC/ST - 30 Years
Physical Standards
Medical fitness certificate from DG Approved doctor under M.S (Medical Examination) Rule 2000 as amended.
Eyesight standard:
6/6 in each eye without visual aids, Normal colour vision.
